My Beautiful Wife

Two days ago my wife and i found out that she was pregnant. We talked about try again but we thought it would take longer. So today i am blessed to have my wife. I am blessed to get to lay eyes on such a beautiful women.

this morning my wife and i get up to get our son. we were a little worried about him cuz he was sleeping so long. well thankfully he was just fine. that is all due to Jesus keeping him safe during the night... well my wife has not been feeling well the last week or so. and today was the same. and even though she doesnt feel well she still started dinner and made apple cider... that is a great wife. one that does the things that need to be done even though she dont feel well. i love her with all my heart. and i am very blessed to have her as my wife.   

Speyer Christmas market

going to Speyer Christmas market was a cold wet adventure. as much as i like Christmas markets this one was cold and wet. though it was like this i found that this one had the most Christmas feel to it. as we walked up to the market we heard someone playing Christmas music. and when we went into the church when we were done we heard them play the organ (in Christmas music). all in all it was a great Christmas day with the family.

a laugh from the heart.

this evening when i was getting Ian around for bed i started making this noise with my mouth. as i was doing it Ian started doing it too. he was so cute while doing i started laughing. well as it made me laugh it made him laugh too. so for about 10 minutes Ian and i sat there making this noise and laughing at each other.... seeing my son laugh so deep and hard from his little heart made my day!!! i love him so much!!! (this was suppose to be wrote last night, but there were more pressing issues.)

lets try this again

so i looked to see when the last time i wrote in this blog. sadly it was almost a year ago!!! though i was deployed and didnt have good enough internet to blog, and i didnt see enough to write about. now that i am home let me begin to take the time to slow down and see the little things in life.....

my son tonight made the cutest face. he is at that age now where he wants to do what i do. or at least try. well at dinner i made a mean face at him, where i would show all my teeth. well he tried that but didnt quite make it. or shall i say he didnt make it scary... he made it cute.... seeing my son act silly and laugh made me so happy!!! it blesses me to have such a great son. 

Jesse's Christmas

tonight i got to skype my little niece Jesse. she is so cute. she got really big since the last time i saw her. i watched her open her presents that we sent her for Christmas. i think that she liked what we got her, but she asked for more. we sent her four items, and she said that she needed five. it was pretty funny. i wish that we could be a little closer to home just so we could see family a little more often..... i was really blessed to see such a beautiful little girl. we are blessed to have her apart of our family.  

Back home

Well I have been out of the country for about a month on holiday. And while on holiday no one feels like doing anything. Or at lest that is how I am. So now that I'm back let's see if I can get in the groove of bogging again. We will see if it works, because I have got other things that I would like to do. I want to learn Afrikaans. Which takes up a lot of time. I also want to do a bible study which takes at least an hour to do. So with those two things and trying to run a family I am not sure how the blogging thing is going to go. So until next time. Be blessed and may the Lord be with you.
